Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a focused, enthusiastic and driven Creative Studio Manager to join our growing team. This is very much a people-orientated position, involving attentive project management and understanding client needs. Your responsibilities will range from supervising and inspiring the studio, to supporting the business development team in competitive pitches and presentations. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment as part of a digital studio with a growing reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion
  • Communicating to clients, providing regular updates and presenting work as required
  • Proactively reporting new ideas to the team and clients
  • Management of a small team of designers and developers, monitoring day-to-day activities across multiple projects
  • Working with the business development team to generate ideas and support pitching and proposals
  • Working with the digital marketing team to develop and support Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media and PPC strategies
  • Providing quality control over concepts and projects

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience of working in a Digital Agency
  • Great technical skills including the implementation of CMS such as WordPress & Magento
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and complete tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • A strong working knowledge of web design, development and search marketing
  • Ability to lead projects from concept to successful completion with excellent organisational, planning, budget and time management skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Search Engines
  • Ability to make evaluative judgments
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to supervise and manage team members

Job Type: Permanent, full-time

Working Week: Monday-Friday 9.00-17.00
